Why so great? Many features, actually. First, it looks like a legitimate older sister/younger sister discipline picture. Second, the "spankee" is obviously feeling it, judging by her expression, the pink in her behind, and the reaching back to protect same. Finally, the spanker looks determined to deliver justice.
